A set of four modular villas of 100 m² each, placed in the Constanza mountains within the Rancho Guaraguao tourist-residential development, La Vega. The project explores modular architecture as a response to the mountain landscape, tying each unit to its natural surroundings through materials and proportions that converse with the territory. A replicable model of contemporary highland housing that combines construction efficiency with spatial quality.
